“Terrible!!”
Had zero heating on the top floor of the property. Called Port Stephens Accommodation on Saturday morning after suffering all night in very cold rainy and windy temperatures. They sent out a handyman on Saturday morning to try and fix the air conditioning and he could not fix the system and letting us know that a air conditioner company will have to come out and repair next week. All he did was complain to us that he left his 13 year old daughter home alone to help us. We were given zero help to keep warm. The floorboards looked surface clean but in closer inspection there was over 2inches of dust, hair and crumbs under all the furniture- lounge, beds. It was filthy!

“Fabulous place, I had the best time with my friends and would love to come back”
The property was fabulous, excellent location, beautiful deck areas, and sitting areas, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Comfortable beds.
