Very clean and tidy all around. Staff are always an assert to an organisation. Some building works going on - part of development so no need to be negative but understand at all times.

“It was very disappointing from the point of view of the standard usually kept by a Ramada hotel.”
I initially booked for my mother and myself for a 3 night stay in a studio apartment with 2 single beds. When we arrived at the property we were taken to another area of the resort with no lift access at the back of the property, it was dark and rainy and my 78 year old mother had her suitcases, the room allocated was up 4 flights of stairs that were not well lit which my mother struggled with. This was not a good experience. The room was somewhat clean, there were cobwebs on the windows and no access to any resort facilities in this area. We went to reception the next day to explain our concerns and the staff moved us to another room which was accessible by lift. We were told to pack our bags and that they would be moved. We explained that we had a booking for lunch and would need our luggage to get changed and the reception staff told us that the housekeeping were in the room and that bags were not able to be accessed, we had to go to lunch in our walking clothes, not good service, the staff did not apologise for any of the inconveniences during our trip. I would appreciate a refund for this trip, I believe that Booking.com would benefit from attending the property for an inspection and description of the hotel also.
