“Nice property in lovely location - but AVOID McGRATH RENTAL AGENT!”
The property was a nice little apartment close to the beach. While it was a dated block, the bathroom is brand new and the kitchen is well appointed. We would possibly stay again if it were not with this agent and if linen was included, given the price.

Clean place.View from balcony nice.Smelt nice the carpets etc.Kitchen appliances very nice.Happy with the Airfryer.Beds very comfortable.Bacony adjoining the main bedroom very nice.Mice to look out at the trees and birds and hear the waves at the beach nearby.Handy location close to everything including Fingal Beach and Salamader shopping centre.
