“A cheaper option in Shoal Bay”
The property is one of many managed by a local agent. It’s in a very quiet area walking distance to Shoal Bay shops and several beaches. The air-conditioned lounge is comfortable for a group and the kitchen has recently been renovated, although the stove was not replaced. There is a lot of driveway parking space.

“Great location, short walk to beach and shops. Plenty of room indoors and out for the kids to play.”
The size of the property was great. There were seperate areas and large backyard.
