We liked everything of this hotel, from the tastefully decorated hall, bar and rooms, which also were very comfortable, spacious, excellently clean and super quiet to the to special central location of the hotel next to the theatre of the city. Excellent English and Italian breakfast, depending on the choice. The owners were very friendly, especially their youngest son Amir, who loved to serve in the hotel and answered to every our need with very fluent English and good availability.

Great location close to the shuttle to Valbona or Theth. Exceptionally stylish rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff who gave good recommendations for local restaurants. Close to the pedestrian old town. Really enjoyable stay...so much so that we booked to stay again on our return after hiking in the mountains.

The room was very stylish, spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Hospitality is FANTASTIC!!!! It's a famili managed hotel (not just a house divided into several rooms). Owners and both kids are 👍 Even allowed to leave the car in their 🅿️ while we went to Valbone hiking. They also made us sandwiches to go, and booked the trip to Valbone for us, and phoned the operator when he was late for the pickup. They accept 💳 and cash.

Great place, highly recommend. Rooms are new and very nicely decorated, clean, and breakfast was delicious with freshly made eggs and cappuccino. We left are luggage free of charge for our 3day trip to Theth. Very friendly owners. Upon return we got a free upgrade for our room, amazing!!! Location is perfect to explore the city.

Our bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day out. But the real highlight? The bathroom. Modern, spacious, and clearly designed with comfort and luxury in mind — an absolute gem! I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything! The property is extremely well presented, clean tidy and excellent finishes. Great central location. Near to main bus stop (to theth etc. 5 min walk away). Supermarket next door as well which is handy. The beds are huge and very comfortable. The hotel is run by a family which gives a really nice warm welcoming experience. The sons on reception went out of their way to make us feel at home. They provided tips on where to eat and local attractions in Shkodër. We also were able to leave our suitcase at the hotel for the three days we went hiking in Theth. We had to leave early in the morning and we were made sandwiches to take with us which was really lovely. Overall a fantastic hotel and experience all round. Thank you for making our stay in Shkoder so pleasant!
