The staff was very helpful. Parking was provided by the staff which was a bonus. The accommodation was as advertised and very comfortable. The location is perfect as it is near to everything one needs.

The host was super kind and let us check in early. The room was super cute and there was water, coffee, and tea available. The shower was great - good temperature and pressure. Bed was comfortable with sockets and side tables on both sides. The host also let us keep our luggage with them for a few days when we went up to Valbone/Theth for the big hike. Location was amazing - really close to the city center and many good restaurants around.

The property location is suberp - key streets are super close, as well as the bus station. Room was tidy, clean and comfortable too. But the greatest thing was the owner and people working there (Claudia) who allowed us to park our car and keep our luggage during our stay in Theth-Valbone. They helped to arrange the trip tickets too. We are very thankful!

Great location hotel that appeared to be new/recently refurbished. The hotel team was very welcoming and greeted us at the reserved street parking bay. We appreciated that they could honour our request for a quieter room and they helped us take our luggage to the room. The check-in process was seamless and the rooms were very spacious.

We had a great stay at Sol Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better — right in the centre of the city and close to everything. They kindly let us park our car in their parking space while we took a trip to Valbona, which was such a nice gesture. Our rooms were on the third floor with no elevator, which might be a bit challenging for people with limited mobility, but it wasn’t an issue for us and was a great trade-off for the price. The staff also gave us great tips about local attractions and where to try the best local food. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend Sol Hotel!

It's a small hotel, very conveniently located in the center of Shkoder. The room was very modern and tastefully decorated. The staff was very helpful - they agreed to store our luggage for 2 days when we went for the hike.

The host was extremely helpful and stored our luggage for us when we went to hike the Valbona Pass.
