“Best hotel Albania”
The manager needs to be awarded Albanian of the year! Nothing was too big or too small! Nothing was out of reach, we had the best experience with him and great conversations even though neither of us spoke the same language, we asked a lot of him and were probably fairly annoying guests but he always accommodated us, after a few hairy experiences in Albania this place really gave a good impression of the Albanian hospitality which we will never forget! I LIKE! HIGH FIVE!!! Very comfortable rooms, very clean, so close to everywhere and quiet for sleeping.

We had a very nice stay. The room was big and clean, and it even had a small kitchen. We had to leave early and they prepared us a take away breakfast. The hotel is very centric, just a few minutes from the city centre. The staff was kind and welcoming.

The gentleman who handles the property Mr.Cina was a great help. He was prompt about getting things done and was very keen to get things done. Enjoyed our stay in with Hotel Shkoder. We booked for 3 people with breakfast included. The breakfast was filling for 3 people. A good combo of tea, orange juice, 2 types of cheese, bread, and fried eggs. We asked for some extra eggs, and they brought it with no questions asked Our stay was very pleasant and comfy. Thank you, Mr. Cina

Excellent experience! The staff were very polite and provided outstanding service. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the city center, and the private parking was a great convenience. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the price was truly excellent for the services offered. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Highly recommended!

“An excellent choice, highly recommended”
The room was huge and comfortable. The place was quiet and we could open an external door to a small balcony for fresh air. A tasty breakfast was delivered to the room. While the hotel was basic we could not fault anything. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the main mall area of town. It was amazing value for money.

The younger employee upon arrival was not very friendly, when asked if we could pay by card, he replied that it was not possible An older employee had no problem paying by card when receiving severance pay. The lady who brought us breakfast was nice, smiling and punctual, thank you

The staff was very friendly, they helped with everything needed. Breakfast had different varieties of food. The apartment was clean and quite big. The place is very easy to find and well situated in the center. Overall nothing to complain about.

Location was really central, yet quiet. Breakfast excellent. Room was basically equipped but was spotless, comfortable and we had everything needed. Staff helpful and attentive- for example they spotted I returned to the apartments carrying a bottle of wine, and immediately offered a bottle opener. Also very accommdating, providing breakfast at 6am when requested. .
