“Very nice comfortable stay.”
Very comfortable bed and room. The rain shower was forceful, but the only thing there was nowhere to hold the lower shower head. If you did not want to wash your hair it was difficult to shower and negotiate the shampoo and shower gel at the same time. A bracket for the lower shower head would be very useful especially for ladies who don't wish to get their hair wet. The breakfast was interesting and plentiful. The male Receptionist was extremely welcoming and very helpful.

“Oustanding hospitality, beautiful room, superb breakfast and excellent value for money.”
This was our second stay at the Hotel after having spent a very pleasant night earlier in the week before doing the Valbone-Theth hike. The hotel staff had kindly agreed to look after our large bags (for free) while we were away on the hike, which was very kind of them. Returning after a a few days felt almost like coming home: the staff are so friendly, the rooms so comfortable and this time we were able to enjoy the superb breakfast because we didn't have to leave early...and it was probably the best breakfast we had during two weeks in Albania (plus they even supplied some gluten free bread). This really is an exceptionally well-run hotel, with dedicated staff who go the extra mile in making sure guests have a good stay. We really can't say enough good things about it, and highly recommend it to all travellers.

“Wonderful”
The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. He gave us some excellent suggestions on what to see and where to eat etc. We had an absolutely huge, comfy bed. Wi-Fi worked well. They let us park our car there for 3 extra days whilst we travelled by bus to do the Valbone to Theth hike for only €7 a day. We had to leave at 5:45am for the bus so they bought us a tray of food the night before for us to eat in the morning before we left.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Shkodër. The hotel is beautiful, modern, very spacious, and feels completely new. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and well designed, making our stay very relaxing. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés, which made it very convenient to explore the city. There is also a market directly across the street, which was super practical. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shkodër! Staff was lovely and great breakfast

Such friendly staff made our stay most enjoyable, and the room was fabulous: spacious, stylish, comfy bed and great shower. And something hotels often don't get right - the lighting - was wonderfully done. A lot of thought has gone into this place, and it shows. The ability to keep our bags safe here while off doing the Valbone-Theth hike was a huge bonus, and they arranged a pick-up breakfast for our early start. The experience is a wonderful, hospitable stay and a slice of Shkoder elegance at a very reasonable price.

“Unbelievable value for money with very helpful stand”
This hotel is fantastic! Very modern, fresh and clean rooms. Rooms are a good size, the location is a short walk into the main heart of the city. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly especially Dionis, he explained the local area, local restraints and places to visit. We took his advice and everywhere we went was outstanding. The hotel is unbelievable value for money. The hotel is in a residential area giving you a feel of Albanian life.I Would highly recommend staying.

“Nice hotel in Shkodër”
Good small hotel very close to the center, restaurants, etc. The room is spacious and comfortable with a big and modern bathroom .We parked the car at their parking. Some guests mentioned it is narrow, which is true, but not as to present difficulties to go in and out. Buffet breakfast was nice with savoury products, such as traditional byrek, boiled and scrambled eggs, veggies, sausages... and sweet ones like cereals, cakes, fruits... Coffee and tea rounded it. Nice place to stay in Shkodër. Staff was also nice and helpful.

“Great hotel near the center”
The hotel is really well placed 5-7 mins walk to the city center. The staff was lovely and super helpful. But the past part were the rooms - huge rooms, very comfortable bed, big bathrooms very spacey. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was really nice. We travelled with a small child and a bigger one and they were super accommodating.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Offered recommendations for eating out and sightseeing. Was no problem to leave a car for aditional day in their underground garage for 7Eur while we took trip to shala river and came back only next day

The rooms are very spacieous. Everything was exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom. Very comfy bed, you could literally drown in the pillows :D. Beside of that the staff was super friendly and helpful. The range of breakfast was not that big but everything was fresh and tasty. Location is very comfortable, nice little walk to reach the city centre.
