“Close to perfection”

Wonderful host family, awesome location near the start of the blue eye track, fresh fish or meat for dinner, good breakfasts, breathtaking views from rooms.

“A perfect stay in the mountains 🏔️”

A warm welcome at a family-run guesthouse near the path leading to the Blue Eye. The view of the mountains was magnificent. What a treat. A big plus for the delicious Albanian breakfast.

The location is stunning and quiet, and the hosts lovely and helpful. The room is small but clean, functional and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plenty and I loved the outdoor dining area. I've also had dinner at both night- fresh home cooked food, as fresh as it gets, and great value. Dinner and chat with the host family was my absolute highlight.

Room was clean and had a beautiful view. Food was very authentic and so cheap. Overall amazing value for money.

“Stay with a great view”

The hosts of Driti Guesthouse were really nice and welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect after hiking from Theth towards the blue eye, it's located right at the beginning/end of the last stretch to the blue eye. The room has a good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served in the garden which was hearty and the view over the valley and mountains was great. Good value for money, would definitely recommend!

“Great place for hikers.”

It’s in a perfect location for the Blue eye hike. In a quiet area, you wake up to see nature: green fields and mountains. You fall asleep with stars. If you come by car: the last couple kilometres of the road are not very good. You can reach there by a regular car if you’re an experienced driver. If you’re a backpacker - you have no problems. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

“We truly enjoyed our stay!”

All you need and clean in a beautiful location. The guest house is run by a lovely host family that lives on the property (but remains in the background, unlike a comment seems to suggest).The daughter speaks English and is ready to help with advice on where to swim or find the nearby trail head to the Blue Eye (or teach you Albanian line dances). They are flexible with breakfast and dinner times and upon request served us coffee in the afternoon. Seating is available indoors and outdoors under a roof with dining areas snd a couple of low chairs around a small table under the free sky, all with beautiful views of the mountains.

Friendly staff, perfect location for trips to the surrounding area. Parking at the accommodation. Excellent breakfast. Possibility of lunch and dinner.

Location and Nature.

Very flexible check-in and gentle personnel! Good breakfast included and easy to reach Theth center by foot. The view was amazing, rooms were small, but neat and functional. Ideal for a short stay. We were very pleased.,

“Pleasant accommodation, restaurant, wonderful views with proximity to Blue Eye”

What we loved about this place is the proximity to Blue eye, we did it early morning before breakfast, just shows how close it is. The owner and his daughters were so helpful because on the first day, we couldn’t get to the accommodation from the road down below and they were so quick to pick us up and drive to the accommodation. We had a very comfortable stay at the guesthouse, no frills but in the mountains, it’s what you want , we had good food (you can order food here and don’t need to go anywhere else), had great breakfast during our stay and surrounded by such beautiful hills and nature, what more could one want. I have all good words to say about this place. Thank you very much for hosting us 🙂
