“Super helpful staff that can organise Theth to Valbone hike!”
Fantastic staff and very welcoming place. The whole team were very kind and accomodating particularly when it came to organising the Theth to Valbone hike. The owner organised the complete transport for us when we arrived and the bus picked us up the next day with no issues at all. We also booked a night on the other end of the hike and the hostel stored our bags for us with no extra charges! Substantial breakfast provided and great facilities if you want to cook your own meals. They also have bikes to use free of charge to get in and out of the centre (about 5min ride). Would definitely recommend!

“Clean, comfortable Guesthouse with friendly and helpful staff!”
The guesthouse was perfect for one night- the room was clean and spacious and the kitchen facilities were useful. Check in was easy and there was staff always around to help with any questions or issues. They also helped with arranging transport for us to Lumi i Shales the next morning, which was a great help as it was hard to organise from just researching online.

Such lovely people working there that made the stay really enjoyable. Doing the theth to Valbone hike with them was great as well because it was all organised with transport, accomodation and meals. Nice clean dorm room.

Beautiful garden, loads of tortoises roaming around. The room had aircon which is a must in the heat! The hosts were super lovely and welcoming, managed to get picked up free of charge by the host when arriving from Tirana. We were allowed to borrow bikes to get to the main city which was only a 10-15 min bike ride away

“Beautiful green place with lovely people.”
The Green Garden is a beautiful place. It's a nice green, quiet place just outside of the city. I booked the theth-valbona hike through the hostel, which was very well organised and easy to book. They take care of everything here. The guesthouse is very clean and everybody wo works here is very friendly. It feels like I was at home.

Little Oasis a few minutes bike ride from the center. Quite, beautiful garden, lovely dog gives you a warm welcome;) Everything you need is provided, clean, good breakfast, warm showers and you can use the kitchen if you feel like it. The owners are really nice and helpfull, packed with informations and help to organize the hike theth to valbona. You can also store your bags there;)

They organised an all inclusive hike from theth to valbona which was awesome!! They were flexible with my time schedule in the late evening too. Really nice accommodation, beautiful hosts and garden. Amazing free breakfast.

mostly everything , Mikael and Irine were so helpful and super kind treating with the guests. I felt like home while living in a lovely green garden house . A/C are in all rooms in the house. Internet was fast and WIFI was everywhere in the house . We had lovely traditional Albanian food made by Mikael and Irine . hope succeed and getting wealth for them

“Best hostel I stayed at in The Balkans”
Had an amazing time staying here, the host where immense and went out of their way to make sure their guest had an enjoyable stay, whether hosting in the evening with BBQs or helping with booking for the hike and day trips. Rooms very clean, breakfast very good.

“The Green Oasis in Shkodër”
The Guesthouse is wonderful, it has a lush garden with turtles, cats and a dog - our children loved it! But the best of the stay are Irene and Mikel, they are the most lovingly caring hosts I have ever seen!!! Faleminderit!!! We hope to come back again.

“Excellent stay”
This hostel is by far the best I have ever been in Albania. The hosting family is very kind, engaging and helpful. The house is large and has a very beautiful and green garden. There are adorable pets as well. I definitely felt at home there and it was pleasant for everybody to relax in the garden is these summer time. The hostel organises as well tours and activities for its hosts

Great place in a nice neighbourhood. Amazing friendly owners and a really pleasant garden to enjoy. The place is nicer than the pictures with a nice new coat of paint. The breakfast was awesome too, would definately recommend!
