Offering an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and sun beds, Gardenland Resort is located in Shkodër, next to the Lumi Drin River. -To reach our resort please choose the road which passes through the village 'Bushat' (3 minutes away) The air-conditioned rooms will provide you with a flat-screen TV and a minibar. The private bathroom comes with a shower. Extras include slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Some rooms and suites also feature a balcony with garden, pool or mountain views. Guests at Gardenland Resort can enjoy a rich Mediterranean and local buffet breakfast. Our main restaurant is called Gardenalnd and it serves traditional specialties and international delights. The property also has sport courts, a fishing pond and a greenhouse for homegrown vegetables. A garden with children’s playground for children under the age of six is also available. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out Rozafa Castle Shkodra and Lake Skadar, 15 km away. Velipoja Beach is 25 km away, while Velipoja’s city centre is 26 km from the property. Tirana Airport is at the distance of 67 km.

We honestly had a great stay at Gardenland Resort. The whole place feels very peaceful and beautiful, especially the gardens and pool area. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was well organized. Staff were welcoming and always helpful, which made the experience even better. We also really enjoyed the food and the relaxing atmosphere overall.

“Wonderful resort”
Our stay at Gardenland Resort Albania was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning surroundings, clean facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it perfect for relaxing. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The food was also a highlight, fresh, delicious, and offering a great variety, and the best caesar sallad i've have had!! What truly stood out was the attention to detail and how genuinely friendly everyone was. Whether you are traveling as a couple, with friends, or as a family, Gardenland Resort is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy Albania’s beauty. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!

“Amazing breakfast and night”
We arrived late at night and found the keys waiting for us, which made check-in very easy and convenient. The room was spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean. We had a very restful sleep thanks to the peaceful surroundings, fresh air, and complete silence. In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful garden around the hotel — full of flowers and lush greenery, like a small oasis. At breakfast, we were served by Jenny from the Philippines, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Everything we asked for was prepared quickly. The omelet was delicious, the fruits were fresh, and overall the breakfast was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, well-located, quiet, and set away from the road, offering fresh air and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended — one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

“Great resort with wonderful staff and the best food!”
I recently stayed at Gardenland Resort for the second time. And honestly even tho the pool was not open yet (which i knew beforehand because it was written on booking before i booked) i had a really nice experience. The breakfast was one of the highlights, everything tasted fresh and well prepared, you can really tell that they use quality ingredients (they have they're own farm where they grow the vegetables). What i loved most was the pieceful atmosphere, the resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, and it's so quite and relaxing. It's the kind of place where you can truly disconnect and enjoy some calm time. Would definitley visit again.

Everything was perfect during my stay at Gardenland, the staff were very attentive, the food was amazing also. There was a huge pool in front of our balcony. I would definitely come back at this very nice resort.

I really liked the property—it felt bright, clean, and very comfortable, and you can tell it’s been really well looked after. The layout is great and the overall atmosphere just felt welcoming. The hotel is perfectly placed in a wonderful landscape, the staff is very helpful especially the receptionist, anfrila! My motorbike was always protected during the night from a security guy on a private parking!

Extremely reactive staff at reception accommodating our requests with a smile. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious room. Good shower in bathroom and nice amenities. Double glazing of the windows cut the noise from the pool totally. Outstanding pool with different areas for swimming and small slides. Quiet location, off the main roads but 5 mins drive to a little village for shops if required.

The room was very clean. The personnel was very helpfull and polite. We enjoyed good quality dinner at the ala cart restaurant. The price/value is very good! We only stayed for a night with our 1 year old son, however we are defenitelly coming back!

“Great Value for a Peaceful Getaway”
Gardenland Resort felt a bit like a ghost town – not many guests around, which gave it a slightly abandoned vibe. But honestly, for €77 a night, it was totally worth it. Everything was very clean, the pool was amazing, and the staff were all super friendly. Keep in mind that it’s a bit far from the city, and there isn’t much to do besides enjoying the pool. The buffet service only opens at 9 PM, which is quite late, but there’s also an à la carte restaurant next door with good food. If you’re looking for a quiet, affordable place to relax, this is a great option.
