“Exceptional hotel!”
This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Shkoder and its staff! The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. The communication was easy and very straightforward; The food was excellent! The room was modern, in immaculate condition. They go above and beyond to try to accommodate any request if possible. Such a remarkable level of commitment! We stayed at many other hotels and 3 hotels in Shkoder and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. No hesitation for leaving a wonderful review for such an amazing place and service! Would highly recommend to anyone who visit Shkoder, Albania.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Yes, it’s a beautiful hotel but what made our visit one to remember was the staff there. From food to taxi’s, they made sure we were satisfied at all times. On two different occasions the staff members personally drove us to the location we needed because we were in a rush and there were no taxi’s available. A little shoutout to Christopher and Zani who went above and beyond for us.
