The central location was perfect, not far to walk for all the bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was ok, a buffet some days, other days we had our own spread. It's a nice hotel without being flashy or pretentious.

Great location. Nice and clean. Sat nav had trouble finding it. Kept trying seems is down one way streets. Not the hotels fault. Breakfast was basic, but fine.

“Amazing staff, great room, unbeatable location”

Firstly, the staff were so wonderful and friendly, I immediately felt at home. With breakfast included, I was worried that I would miss it on my first morning as I had to leave the hotel at 7am for a tour, but before I even had a chance to raise the question the staff had asked what time I would like to have my breakfast, and when I said 'Is 6.30 too early or is that ok?" they said 'Of course that's ok! We'll see you then'. The breakfast itself was great and surprisingly the dining room was full of guests doing the same thing as me but they still found me a spot and were very attentive. The next morning I slept in and missed breakfast, which was my own doing, but when I went downstairs to check out they asked if I wanted breakfast and they would make it for me even thought it was past breakfast time! Besides the incredible staff and service, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable, with new towels provided daily. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, shower had great pressure and overall the whole room was sleek and everything worked exactly as it should. Location was amazing also, literally right next the main strip of bars and restaurants (but you wouldn't know it when you go to sleep, I couldn't hear anything). There were shops, live music and parks all within a 5 minute walk.

Great location near the old town and local restaurants. They allowed me to store my luggage with them whilst I went on a hike in the mountains for a few days. They rushed me a packed breakfast to take with me on my journey which was very welcome.

It’s all about the location and the staff - very central in Shkodër and the staff is everytime nice, friendly and of course helpful for anything you need during your stay.

“Comfortable bed!”

Nice, big room and very comfortable bed!! Quiet room and we slept really well. Hotel staff was really friendly. Motorbike parking in front of the hotel only.

Instead of 30m2 room with terrace we got 10m2 Attic room with no terrace. Friend had bugs on bed.

We had a marvelous stay at Alis Hotel. Location was great. Rooms are clean, spacious and new. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

New, fresh hotel with very helpful staf arranging a private taxi to Velipoja one way 30€. Quiet and dark room at night although we had a lovely room facing the side street. Highly recommended.

Central location, right at the pedestrian area. Limited parking possibilities, but hotel management always help with this. Big room.

“Nice stay, good location”

The room was fabulous. Lovely view and the beds were very comfortable. When we first arrived, they didn’t have our booking but they quickly booked us in.

Super helpful and nice staff - the people were great and helped with all of our questions during our stay. 5 out of 5 star, really. The hotel is in an extremely central location, it was great. There is parking right in front of the hotel on the street. The room was a bit small, but the bed was very comfortable.

+ spacious, clean rooms + friendly receptionists (e.g. prepared a small lunch box because we left before 07:00 and couldn’t have breakfast there) + quite although very central in Shkodër + privat parking spot reserved next to the hotel (note, there are only public parking spaces around the hotel) + very friendly staff (though the English is limited)

The hotel was everything said in the description, no surprises. Breakfast was good. The staff offered to even prepared a take away breakfast for me when I took a day trip before breakfast was served. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
