The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Shizuoka Station, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly, and there were bilingual English- and Japanese-speaking team members at the reception, which was very helpful. My room was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the breakfast prepared by the Japanese ladies—it reminded me of the traditional homemade meals my mother used to make. Overall, a warm and pleasant experience. I would happily stay here again.

Breakfast not as good as usual Toyoko Inn, the kids ate all the beef stuff. Otherwise the breakfast is great and Shizuoka is a great destination.

Location is great , checking and check out machines makes it easy . The check in time is a 4pm which is quite late to be honest and the checkout 10 … a bit early
