I liked the breakfast offering (but not so much the service, see below), the room, the special showerhead, the animaties, the free drink and local specialities.

“Comfortable Stay”

Clean, comfortable, functional. The staff at the counter are friendly, responsive and provides warm greetings. During my stay there, they had an oden event, where guests get free oden and a drink to go with it. It is near the Shizuoka station, about 10 to 15 mins walk.

The breakfast was fantastic, the option to choose from different types of pillows quite nice. Good laundry operation option.

We had a good experience staying here previously and decided to stay again. As before the comfortable room, friendly staff and convenient location are strong selling points.

Very convenient location wise, it's close to train station and city centre. The breakfast was excellent. Also I liked the fact we could pick our own pillow at the pillow bar. Staff is very helpful. The view from my room on Fuji San was fantastic, I was so happy!!I would definitely come back to this hotel

The room is big enough in Japqnese standard.

Room is of decent size for solo stay. Bathroom was clean and functional. There's a welcome drink with some Japanese small bites(once per stay, regardless of number of nites). 7 11 convenience store is just below hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, and the free tea and evening snack services are great as well. Good location not far from the station, and very close to lots of dining and entertainment options. Good value for money.

The amenities were great. Available coin laundry, microwave, and reception tea were great. Bonus for the 711 right next door The location is very nearby local shopping district but further from the main station

Better than expected. The hotel is very conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from Shizouka station and plenty to see and do in the nearby area. There's a 7-11 on the ground floor. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Especially to those of us who don't speak Japanese. The room was clean and comfortable but typically small. I enjoyed the free beer and snacks in the lounge during the evening. I had breakfast there as well. Very tasty Japanese style breakfast. I would stay here again and recommend it.
