“Like a 1990’s Japanese Disney world of Onsens and entertainment”

Once you settle into your cute hotel Issued pajamas (everyone wears them) collect your buy anything bar code on your key and have a good soak in the Onsens you may find you never want to leave! I didn’t..! The sauna, steam rooms and spas here are outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and an awesome view, the other restaurants were all good quality too. You can get down to the beach quite easily and there’s a cool little surf scene and the water was good for a quick dip, although I’m Australian, the locals seemed pretty amused!

The breakfast was good, though it should include more vegetarian options for vegetarian guests and it should come complimentary not with additional payment.

This was a completely new experience for both of us and took a bit of getting used to it. Having said that I do not have any complaints.

We loved the onsen, all the different baths, the well thought of temperature differences. Great saunas too. It was so relaxing and invigorating. Lots of dinner choices and good food. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We all managed fine with google translate. No problems. I liked the great amount of entertaining rooms, the view of mountains Fuji, the fact that the smoking area was comfortable with chairs. The shuttlebus to the treinstation was nice too. We wished we could have stayed a week.

OMG where do I start? The staff… amazing. The public bath…. Huge and such variety. The hair salon…. The hotel hairdresser Mr Koji Matsushita is such a perfectionist and he was awesome. The hotel restaurants… you’ll need a week’s stay as there’s that much variety. The hotel shuttle bus… very convenient. I tried a scrub Madame not knowing what it was but jeez if I had more time I’d definitely book in another.

The property sits on the waterfront and has a view of Mount Fuji. I particularly liked the top floor restaurant where you can see both Mount Fuji and the sea.

I wish there was english translations for the posters in the public bath as mobiles are not allowed in there to help with the translations Overall it was a great relaxation to be in

It has a lot of different baths so it’s never too crowded even at busy times. Nice views of Mt Fuji from the room floors and the outdoor baths. They have a lot of restaurants inside the building as well.

“Good Onsen”

Onsen is huge with many facilities, the rooms are in a fair state considering how old the hotel is. The reception staff doesn't speak English but did their best to communicate. The hotel is barefoot only. You may see Fuji from the higher floors on a good day.

Very local. Nice breakfast. Nice and big onsen facilities. Good variety of restaurants. Nice view. Service minded staffs. Even though they don’t speak English but they try using application to serve their best. Excellent system and process to serve lots of guests.

The onsen is excellent. There is so many to choose from. As for the food, there is a very good selection and it's reasonably priced. There is a restaurant at the top level where you may see Mount fuji on a clear day.

we stayed with my kids(2years and 6month). This hotel has big baby bath for diaper baby. it's really nice. and dressing room has 2 baby bed. so we can enjoy Onsen time with children. my kid enjoyed pool too.
