When we checked in, a Japanese female staff member clearly informed us that for stays longer than one night, we would need to update our room key at the front desk each day. The next morning, we went to the front desk as instructed and encountered an Indian female staff member. However, she did not understand any English and showed no willingness to use any translation tools to assist communication. She kept speaking in her own language, which left us completely confused and at a loss. The entire situation was very frustrating. It wasn’t until we returned to the hotel in the evening that another male staff member helped us resolve the key card issue and apologized for the inconvenience, but by then, the overall experience had already been negatively affected. In addition, the hotel’s housekeeping policy is questionable. The “Make Up Room” sign is placed on the inside of the first door, and unless you specifically notice it and hang it on the outside, housekeeping will skip cleaning your room. This setup feels quite misleading and gives the impression that the hotel is intentionally avoiding providing cleaning services, which is rather uncomfortable. Furthermore, the smell of cooking oil and smoke from the bar area outside somehow drifts into the rooms, which is quite overwhelming and unpleasant.

A wonderfully relaxing place to stay. Gorgeous decor and luxurious touches including spa bath with lighting, sauna, streaming services and complementary coffee and soft drink bar. Free parking was fantastic!

The location is great if you travel with the car as it is next to highway and parking is in the building and really comfy. The hotel is freshly renovated. And the breakfast was quite fine and filling. But the biggest minus was that music was played the whole time in the shared space (even at night) quite loud.

My room was spacious and very comfortable, making for a great stay. I also appreciated the Business Hotel perks, such as complimentary coffee and beverages. The hotel is just a short bus ride from Shizuoka Station, and free onsite parking is available—perfect if you're planning to rent a car (which I highly recommend to fully explore the area). The staff were exceptionally friendly and always helpful whenever I had questions.

The hotel was brand new and super clean. Big rooms well furnitered. Sauna and little baths (Kind of Onsen) on the roof. The parking car was ok. The personal really kind.

The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and great facilities. There was no lift as described in the accessibility details of the hotel listing, but the staff on hand helped bring our luggage up the stairs. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable and there were free alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages in the communal area. I’ve docked some marks only because the soundproofing could do with a bit of work, I could hear a lot of foot traffic from the room upstairs, or the rooms adjacent, and some noise leaks through from the communal area, but I am quite noise sensitive so might not bother most
