Good.location near station, shopping, the castle and gardens were a short walk and near to food and convenience stores.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for an extra blanket, and they immediately brought one for me. The bathroom was very clean, and clean towels were provided each day that I was there. The cleaning staff was also very kind. Even though it was in the middle of a busy area of Shizuoka, it was very quiet inside my room. Also, it was so close to Shin-Shizuoka station!

Central location, close to train station, shopping centre, room was modern and clean. Love the private bathroom, with separated shower and toilet. Staff were friendly.

Geographically wonderful, that comes with a variety of cultural spots, convenience stores and much more ! Room is spacious, bed was comfortable, and everything worked like intended !

Big, comfortable bed, spacious room. Friendly staff. Western styled bathroom. There was no bath, i didn't mind that, but I know some people like baths.

best place, best price and best staffs breakfast is not served but there are many restaurants that breakfast is available near hotel

Location was very easy to access from the train station, and close to all the shops and restaurants. As Shizuoka is a very walkable city, we found that it was easy to reach everything from this hotel. Room was also clean and spacious, had everything we needed.

Room was of a good size for the average Japanese hotel. Centrally located with restaurants ,shops, groceries and mall within a short walk. Close to castle and park. Close to JR shinkensen rail station.

Second time at the property

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a variety of toiletries and free water to refill. Everywhere in the hotel was clean. They had a coin laundry. The room has a working TV and the WiFi worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. When we were checking out the staff offered us more free sweets which was very kind of them. The location was great, it's near the bus and train station, so it's easy to visit places, lots of shops and restaurants.
