“Great value”
We had the double single to make sure the room was a good size. The beds were large and comfortable. Having a restaurant on site was very helpful as the dining options in the area are limited. One of the staff on reception was very helpful and had very good English which made it easier for us. It was a much higher level of accommodation than we expected.

This Onsen is absolutely lovely with indoor and outdoor baths, cold plunges, and saunas. It is a public bath, however, and tattoos are not accepted. The rooms were very spacious, and the futon was comfortable.

“A nice stay in an authentic onsen, with beautiful tasty and varied breakfast.”
Breakfast was extensive, fresh and beautifully presented. The room was small but well designed and of high quality. Air con was set too high for us, but was able to be turned off.

“Good for just a one or two night stay”
The spa was exactly as expected. Room was a good size with comfortable beds. Good bathroom. Convenient for museum, bear park and hiking trails.

“Absolutely stunning onsen hotel, but not in Noboribetsu central”
Everything was extraordinary: good room, excellent staff, great and roomy toilet, and the cherry on top was the fantastic common area and the Onsen. I was sincerely impressed with the cleanliness. And it was all so quiet and peaceful.

Unexpectedly large and grand rooms, recently renovated. Lots of locals come here for a short onsen vacation. This is an onsen hotel, so only socks, bare feet or the provided slippers. Very clean, staff speak basic English and were very welcoming. Sufficiently large menu in the hotel restaurant so you can stay in the hotel and not have to leave for food if needed. Small hot snacks / fried food are sold in small quantities in the lobby.

Loved our stay, easy to get to the onsen from the station with the free shuttle transfer. The onsen was nice and clean, modern. You'll have to bathe naked but it was quiet which was very nice.

“Comfy Stay”
