The owner was too good and extremely friendly! Hospitality and cleanliness was very good! The guests and overall vibes were very very good. Hands down a must stay for ANYONE visiting shirakawago or Takayama area!

The stay was great with clean rooms and bathrooms. The facilities to have food like cup noodles, beer and other beverages were really helpful knowing everything closes in Shirakawago by evening. The host was really helpful and helped get our luggage to our rooms a floor above. The common room was great to chill with other guests.

It’s an amazing place to stay in Shirakawago! The building itself is very bright and has a cozy terrace, the common room is equipped with a big table, and you can drink tea and coffee for free. The staff is exceptional, Shinya took us to observe the stars and the next day drove us to the onsen. Finally, the space is very clean.

Great location, close to the shuttle bus stop with easy access to the main station. The host was very kind and supportive, we even played board games together with other guests at night, which made for a really cozy experience. I would recommend staying 2-3 more nights if you enjoy a peaceful nature vibe.

Loved everything about this place. The common room is very welcoming and so is the staff, he was a legend. Joined us playing games and having chats, recommended places to eat. Couldn't fault the place. Even dropped us to the bus station in the morning!

Such a friendly, cosy place to stay with beautiful views of the mountains. Not too long from the small village, the rooms are air-conditioned and the beds were super comfy. The hosts, staff and guest were so friendly and accommodating which was nice because people will play games together and get involved with getting to know each other.
