The receptionist was super friendly. The rooms and the shared bathroom are very clean. It's a bit of a walk from the village centre but it's a pleasant one and you also pass a decent supermarket along the way. Walls between rooms are very thin but that's nothing that a pair of ear plugs can't solve :)

Great accommodation in the area, they provide a shuttle bus to the bus station in the morning (also where the village is). It is a little bit far away from restaurants and convenience stores, walk to the village is around 20min. But other than that, everything is clean and staff is welcoming.

The property overall is clean, neat, orderly and basic. The room and bed is comfortable just the wall may not be very sound proof. Had 2 unisex shared bathroom was clean with changing space & collapsible door lockable for wet area. Bus stop Hatagaoka to & fro Shirakawa Go is just right in front!

The guy on the front desk was really helpful and friendly. The downstairs facilities are decent and well presented. There is a great vibe downstairs. The room was lovely and warm.

It's a nice and cool place to stay. Very nice staff and I liked the shower. The room is very small but wasn't a problem for us.
