“Unlikely to visit another time”
The hotel has everything needed inside, which, given the location, is essential. The rooms are clean and spacious, comfy beds. The staff was very friendly, but struggled with English, which is not dramatic with having Google Translate.

“Best place for family trips to Madarao”
Right on the snow, friendly and helpful staff, good value on the room only rate at start of season. Onsen and pool are great after skiing. Second stay here, quality is solid.

“Staff and location excellent, rooms are below average.”
Very picturesque location, a la carte restaurant booked out but Buffet option available (not a buffet fan) but this was a must do experience. Buffet on steroids, excellent food, fresh and many options available, food was replenished quickly.

“Good hotel for family skiing.”
Comfortable rooms for ski holidays. Access to the ski slope directly from the hotel. There is a swimming pool and an onsen in the hotel, right in one place. Everything is equipped and thought out for skiers and snowboarders, equipment rental, shops and lockers for ski equipment.
