It was clean and modern. The room size were good. The check in process was easy. Location was pretty central, although we had to take a lot of public transportation.

Very comfortable and spacious room with window and the best bathroom so far. No breakfast served at the hotel but lots of shops around. Laundry service provided .

The rooms were clean, the lobby was comfortable, it was very easy to retrieve the keys and navigate ourselves to and from the hotel since it was close to JR Nijo station and the Tozai subway station. The facilities were okay, too.

Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, excellent power shower and amazing space in bathroom for Japan. Very convenient location right by Nijo Castle. Easy self check in and communication via booking.com messaging.

“An excellent place to stay”
Excellent location in a quiet area with train stations easily accessible. The surrounding streets are lovely and there are a lot of convenient parking lots nearby if need be. A 5 minute walk to a lovely shopping street. A very comfortable and clean property and the owners were very responsive.

i liked the room, it was spacious with a nice interior. there was a big tatami area with a table, a bathroom, and a full-length mirror which was very convenient.

The property is located in a very quiet and historical area. It's a short distance walk from the Nijo station and Nijo castle. The room is clean and in good condition.

When I told the stuff that my phone couldn't connect to the WiFi, they provided me a Pocket WiFi which came really handy. They have always been helpful and supportive.
