Great location close to buses and train station. Entrance is in a clean, quiet alley which allows for quiet stay without road or other noise. Very clean property with comfortable beds and pillows.

Great location close to the train/bus station. Access is through a quiet alley so minimal road noise at night. Comfy beds and ability to open the window and also to control AC. Exceptionally clean throughout.

They allowed us to drop our baggage early and we even came back later to find it placed into our hotel room for us ! The beds were so comfortable and it was a well priced hotel being so close to the station which made everything easy. All toilets in Japan are warm but this had one of the warmest seats I'd experienced yet which was also very nice hehe. I loved that they provided nice PJ's and amenities and slippers etc too. Staff were also very friendly

We love that it was a good walking distance from Kyoto Station. The property sits on a quiet, quaint street with a nice little friendly cafe opposite it. The room is pretty decent in size for all 4 adults. Great shower facilities and bath tub. The room was exceptionally clean. We truly love the ambience, welcoming atmosphere when you stepped in to the lobby. Thank you K Style we hope to be back!

Great location near the city centre but far enough away from it to avoid the higher hotel cost. Small hotel but room was big enough and clean. Comfy bed. Owner was helpful. Good coffee bar opposite that opened for part of the day. Free WiFi

“Great value for money in a great location close to Kyoto station”
We stayed for 3 nights and found the location to be excellent. Walkable to Kyoto station, Gion, the big market (Nishiki?). On a quiet street so it was nice and peaceful through the night. Comfortable beds, great shower.

The room was spacious, but the beds were small. Comfortable, though. The room was very clean. The water pressure was amazing! The staff was very friendly and the location was very good. Close to the station and not far from attractions.. I would definitely stay again.
