“A decent stay in a small town”
As is so often the case in Japan, you can tell that the staff have done everything possible to provide you with good accommodation. The room was clean, the view was fine.

It’s a reasonable and convenient place to stay if you’d like to visit the Spain Village. They give you a free ride to the place.

“Half-decent, but a number of things that were simply not OK”
The room was decent and fairly big. Available onsen (albeit nothing special), and free parking on site. Multiple restaurants in the immediate vicinity (which is useful, since the on-site hotel restaurant has apparently been closed for some time).

“A short relaxed stay.”
Great location , free parking, and all the necessary amenities, make this a great place to relax. The breakfast is sumptuous and free coffee is available in the lounge. The staff are very helpful and the free shuttle to the metro station is very convenient.

Large spacious room. Comfortable bed. Staff very helpful. Shuttle bus to train station. The breakfast was ok but there wasn’t a lot of choice of western food. But this is not unexpected in a Japanese hotel away from the main tourist areas.

The common bath was great, even though quite hot (over 40C). Rooms were great. Hotel had ample vending machines.

“A good comfortable hotel in a convenient location”
The bedrooms are better sized than average and very clean. The hotel is well situated for the town and station and there are plenty of places for families to eat nearby.
