“Amazing Onsen and food experince”
It was unfogetable eperience- we met the owner and it was amazing to see how past meets modern Japan. More then 500 years onsen was first esperience in my life also we enjoyed first time private onsen with my husband .We had breakfast and diner served in room and it was unforgettable , especially egg cooked in onsen! I wrote and article in Latvia local lifestyle Magazine about this amazing experience, hopw to come back one day , Arigato gozaimasu, Kobayshi family

“Best Ryokan We Stayed and Experienced So Far”
This Ryokan is phenomenal. - Breakfast and dinner, exceptional. Probably the greatest thing we like about the Ryokan. - The room, it was amazing, clean and tidy - We only used the private onsen (which is first come first serve basis, no booking required), temperature is just right with great view once you opened the window.

Staffs very very good. Made sure that all your needs are seen to.. They helped park your car after unloading luggage.. .there's elevator so don't worry about climbing stairs... Jus at the side, there's exit to Ikaho steps. Hotel is situated around 165th steps ...this ikaho attraction has total 365steps.leading to a shrine at the top. Hotel location very good. Around midway. Meals were very good.. must try to book with meals included.. Customer satisfaction seemed to be their aim. Which makes them first class for taking care of every Customer.
