I had such a restful sleep both nights we stayed - the mattress was so comfortable and it was so quiet and dark at night. The room and bathroom were incredibly clean. The bathtub was so clean that I actually would have drawn myself a bath if I had more time during my stay (I never do this at a hotel / motel). You can tell the owners have tried to modernize the room - the flooring was changed and the paint all fresh. I didn't realize the distance between the motel and downtown Sherbrooke - was a 15-20 minute drive each way. Not really an issue since there wasn't much traffic, and I should have checked before booking if it really mattered to me.

“Friendly and clean.”
The room with a kitchenette was very spacious. Having wood floors instead of carpet was nice for those with allergies. The motel is old, but the rooms are nice and clean.

The motel was satisfactory. Very clean but basic. There was a mix up and for some reason they thought the reservation was for 5 people not one. I had to tell them multiple times it was only me.

“Wouldn’t stay again. The property is clean, but aged and in need of some repairs.”
The room was a great size, and more than suited our needs. Felt it was a overpriced for the lack of amenities close by. $268 a night seems steep when you need to drive 20 minutes to retrieve food.
