“HORRIBLE!! how is it no one is at the check in counter at 11pm to check in the guest.”
I would like to request a refund??? When we arrived at 11pm the reception area was closed and no one was there to check us in so we had to find other accommodations. Thanks

Room was quite and clean. The bed was spacious for a small room as well. TV had clear picture and the WiFi was excellent.
