Previous guest surprised and left immediately when we got there at our check in time (around 2:30pm). Room was messy and of course, not being prepared. Called the host and they sent a cleaner, asking us to leave and come back later. We could not do that as we need to drop our luggages and go somewhere as we need spaces in our car. We had to wait 1 hour for the cleaner to do their job in a very rush and unfriendly way. They did not even tell when they were finished. As a result, room was not prepared professionally. Rubbish in the toilet, dirty floor (sticky); we even had to setup the sofa bed ourselves (we have put the total of 4 guests so we assumed that they prepared this as well during the cleaning at least). Hairdryer was not supplied until requested, squeaky bed all night, even the previous guest YouTube and Netflix account were still there. We have contacted booking.com and the host several times but they did not really help. The host did not provide any cents of compensation, only to say that they already put low price. Despite the low price, we do not recommend anyone to book this place or you might experience the same thing. Waste of money and time. If you have plans for a beautiful holiday, stay away from this place.

Booked in last minute - easy instructions. Place rung us back promptly and left a key under the Matt for us

The property was fit to rest. We enjoyed the facility and the utilities were small but great and it’s enough and everything in the room seemed perfect it’s all you needed. What more can you complain. By the way, it’s affordable and comfortable, what’s more do you want for the price. Thank you for listening to my message.
