“I will be back 😁”
Clean, had many restaurants, pool and even a Finnish sauna stove - however, the amount of water poured on the stove from a push of the button was inadequate, and it just fell through the stove. Please add more stones and increase the amount of water to make it a real “steam room”

The hotel was relatively good but the location was not good. far from the city. I took a taxi to the city every time about 35 Rnb * 2 (for return trip). No shops or restaurants nearby. The internet did not always work and not that fast either :-(

“Would definitely stay again”
This hotel exceeded my expectations and was amazing value for money. A huge gym, really friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms with comfy bed, great wifi and really handy location.

“Not good for foreigners.”
Lady Mia is the only person that I recommend for English speaking people to deal with. She understands the hosting business and is responsible about guests. The hotel theme is nice .

“Best Customer Service Ever”
Best staff I've ever experienced, superb customer relations, the extra distance the staff go to is spectacular. I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced. Thank you to the team also, I know that great leaders depend on great teams.

“Excellent place for a short stay during travels”
Very nice hotel close to the HK border. They even refunded my taxi costs because I could not find the shuttle bus to the hotel. Very nice room, very comfortable bed. Nice service.
