“Excellent hotel in the center of Nashan”
The hotel is located in one of the busiest centers of Shenzhen. It is about 35 minutes by taxi from Shenzhen Airport and 45 minutes from Hong Kong Airport. There are many restaurants and modern shops in the area. Nearby, about 10 minutes walk, there are 2 subway stations that allow quick connections to other parts of Shenzhen. The hotel has a reception hall in front of many floors and glass elevators provide an incredible view of the modern buildings in Shenzhen. The room is large enough. The bathroom is separated from the room by sliding walls. The breakfast is very rich with an unusually large selection of European and Chinese dishes.

“Overall comfortable stay”
I found that this is a modern, comfortable hotel that generally offered a pleasant experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the decor was stylish and inviting, making for a comfortable home away from home. However, my experience with the lounge access left much to be desired. The lounge, while a nice concept, was not adequately equipped to cater to the number of guests. There simply weren’t enough tables, which made it difficult to find a place to sit, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the staffing levels were insufficient. On several occasions, I found myself looking for assistance but there was no staff member in sight. This lack of service was frustrating, particularly when I needed help or had questions. The food selection in the lounge was also disappointing. The variety was limited, and it didn’t meet the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. Overall, while the hotel itself was modern and comfortable, the lounge experience fell short. I hope they can address these issues in the future to enhance the overall guest experience.

Nice room - nice welcome in the lounge - unfortunately too much focussed to earn a good feedback. Means I’ve been asked again and again from any person in the lounge to give a good feedback, every step was observed, three times asked for the same things. An overkill - really.
