Top hostel. Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff and spotless clean.

Lovely location, huge supermarket just across the street and lots of little restaurants along the main street too! About a 10-15 minute walk from 2 metro stations so well connected to the rest of shenzhen (and easy to get to the hong kong border crossing). Soap and shampoo provided inside the bathrooms + the room was nice and clean :) We paid a bit extra for a private bathroom/shower but seemed like it wouldve been fine getting one without since the shared one was hardly used the entire time we were there Very friendly staff as well, no elevator so they offered us to keep our large luggage in reception rather than us carry it up three floors but we were okay! They also offer coffee (extra charge) and activities you can sign up for every day

“Great hostel with friendly staff”

The staff were very attentive and helpful for all requests. They were also very willing to let me leave my luggage before and after my stay for a little while. I accidentally left a shoe (that I wanted to throw) in my room and they kept it for me and confirmed that I do not want it anymore before throwing it - very thoughtful!

The staff was really nice, cute place, location is excellent nearby shops, restaurants and subway. Not too far from airport and very helpful that you can do laundry during your stay.

“Cozy hostel in OCT”

Everything about the place was excellent. The rooms, the showers, the courtyards and the green. The staff were incredibly friendly and we always felt welcomed. The free sightseeing tours are fantastic and worth the time.

“Happy stay in Shenzhen”

A very nice place if you don't want to stay in a real hotel, but in a hotel/hostel. For us, the advantage was that there were nice communal areas where we could work. That was necessary, because the room is very small and not a nice place to spend a large part of the day. The bed is okay, the shower was good and it was reasonably clean (there were a few hairs on the floor and around the sink here and there, so the cleaning could have been better). The neighbourhood around the hotel is super nice and fancy. Lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Very green and cosy! There are two metro stops about a 10-15 minute walk away.

I really liked the location. Yes it's a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station but it's a really nice green area with lots of nice places to walk nearby. Staff was really friendly and helpful too and spoke English.

Extremely helpful and caring staff, fantastic location right in the OCT loft artistic area. Fee tea and nice lobby area to relax in. Two lovely cats are part of the hotel.

The staff is kind and helpful, always giving me useful advice for whatever I needed. The hostel is very nice and well-kept. A small outdoor garden and a common room with tables, sofas, and machines for tea and coffee create a quiet, comfortable atmosphere — especially for those who need to work on a computer.
