“Good place to stay in Shenzhen”
Overall a good hotel located in a decently nice area of town. The room service response was quick. And also i ordered in room dining and food came within 30 minutes.

“Comfortable stay”
Bed was very comfortable. Good location near a mall and shops. Staff were very accommodating even though the language barrier didn't help. Would stay here again

“Good hotel for short stay”
It was near the metro station maybe ten minute walk. For a visit to Hong Kong via Lo Wu, it’s a one metro stop away. Reasonable number of decent eateries and massage outlets in the vicinity. Having CNA channel is a plus. Room is spacious albeit the absence of a view. It stared directly into another high rise block.

The breakfast had very wide choice of food. The hotel staff kindly arranged a birthday cake for me. It was my first stay in Lohu for a while. I would choose the hotel again next time and recommend it to friends

“I have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back!”
Location convenient as close to subway station. Also big shopping mall close by, and lots of eateries. Breakfast is excellent. Walk out at night and there is lots of buzz in the neighborhood (in a good way), around the shopping mall. Also close to Luohu border.

“The receptionist is not helpful enough when you ask something in need”
I have book this hotel on booking.com for my all family members in total 5 adults ( including breakfast) but I behalf to my family (5 members) booked this hotel under my name for 2 rooms,, when we check in the receptionist then the receptionist said to me that “ only the name (1 person) who is behalf booked just can have the breakfast only and the other should be pay if they want to have the breakfast ?? It’s very unreasonable and dishonest,,
