Only a 5-minute walk from Dongmen Walking Street, Hyatt Place features comfortable accommodation with satellite TVs and free Wi-Fi. Hyatt Place Shenzhen is steps from Laojie Subway Station (line 1 and 3), a 10-minute drive from Huaqiangbei and a 20-minute drive from Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center. Bao'an International Airport is about 50 minutes' drive away. All air-conditioned rooms come with a fridge, an electric kettle, a flat-screen satellite TV, an in-room safe, ironing facilities and an en suite bathroom with soft bathrobes and a shower. “My hubby and I like this hotel very much overall and will always be back when I visit Shenzhen again although the hotel”
I stayed 5.5 nights in this hotel. Location is very good, walking distance to Dongmen shopping street with many malls and eateries. We could go many rounds of shopping and carry out heavy bags back to hotel and rest easily. Metro is just beside the hotel. It is on line 1 which is green line and this line has many great shopping malls. Aircon in the room is great although the summer weather is so hot outside. Staff are all very helpful and friendly especially hotel lobby staff. They can speak some English. Housekeeping is very good. I didn't give tips first day but gave tips subsequent days. Standard of housekeeping is still consistently good. It's green so if you need to change stuffs, please ask them. Breakfast buffet is not much variety but sufficient. They rotate some food slightly.

“Fabulous introduction to Shenzhen.”
Location was perfect for short stays as it is next to a big shopping mall and very close to vibrant street food scene, combination of ultra modern and traditional . The staffs were amazingly helpful.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Room service aunty cleaning up was good and helpful. Location just beside Dongmen walking street. A lot of foods and shopping malls. This was my 3rd stay.
