1) Upon arrival, we were given one room and told to wait for another one. However noone call me. I approached the receptionist of Executive Lounge around 3 pm and was told it was ready. Key card was then taken there. 2) On the morning of 30 May, the staff had to hold my family at the entrance of restaurant checking whether their breakfast are included, causing much embrassment to them. I think it should not be happened. 3) There was events at ground floor and those people occupied all seats and were on their phones. My aged mom got no seat when waiting transport.

Booked a room for 3, days before arriving get an email with an upgrade offer. We accept the offer and pay the difference. When we arrive late at night tell us the upgraded room does not accommodate 3 people, only 2 people can stay in that room and offer us to book another room for the 3rd person essentially hiking the price to 2x. Who does that?? When we try to say no and ask for the original room the staff becomes annoyed and becomes rude. Many at the hotel don't speak English neither do they have or understand what gluten-free or lactose free means. I've had a few poor Hilton hotel experiences, but this was the worst
