The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you! Reception was good and taking a room with lounge access certainly a good idea. Excellent bathroom. Spacious Tub. Dining was superb. I can definitely commend the SPA. The massage by Deti was not only outstanding but excelling everything: thank you for the hand massage! The pool is large and well serviced. I d love an outdoor pool though.

“The staff make this hotel a special experience.”
The staff on the executive floor were very friendly and professional. Alison sent me a message before we arrived and when she realised we were sisters travelling together we were upgraded to a room with two beds and a sitting room. It was wonderful and luxurious. Max also was helpful and the staff in the lounge could not do enough for us. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend this hotel.

“The perfect place to stay in Shenzhen”
Amazing stay! The location is perfect — right next to two great malls and connected to the Link City underground mall, which is incredibly convenient. The room was beautiful, with a huge bathtub (big enough for two!) and an automatic toilet that I now miss dearly 😂 The WiFi was the strongest I’ve ever experienced in China, and the TV quality and channels were excellent. A special shoutout to Luna at reception and the lovely lobby team — everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding — truly one of the best spreads I’ve had in my life.
