“A relax and comfortable stay”
Room is tidy and clean. Shower is good. Reasonable variety of buffet breakfast. Good coffee bar is next to the hotel’s front desk.

It is very central to almost everything. Just a stone throw, you are at Dongmen Shopping Market Pedestrian Street.

“Worthwhile to stay at this hotel. It is clean, comfortable and has lots of modern facilities”
The location is very strategic. The staff are very friendly despite the language barrier except for one girl on the day when we checked in. We asked a few questions as it was our first time and she was mocking us behind the counter. We could see her but unfortunately couldn’t understand. She needs to improve her attitude

Very good location which is near to the Hubei metro station. Nearby have a lots of restaurants and shopping mall. Breakfast not bad. Free laundry service is an added value. Room quite clean and modern design. Window sound proof is good.

“Great stay in Shenzhen”
Staff were really helpful (with my luggage at hotel enterance both at check-in & check-out), breakfast was amazing. I was worried about high tech control in the room because I read reviews, but it was very easy to find buttons to turn on air con (not high tech at all, same as any other hotel in China).

Very convenient to the main hub and food places. The room is big and comfy and comes with a scale. The washroom was also very clean and we were able to order our taobao packages to here directly.

Convenient location. Small drink counter at the lobby. I like the room as its not carpeted! Walkable to Dongmen, near to Luohu Commercial City, approx 5 to 10 mins by didi.

Friendly English speaking staff, very clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast choice. A real plus is the location: easy 100m or so walking distance to SZ Metro and several bus lines to LuoHu/HKG border as well for getting to many places in and around Shenzhen.

Location! It's like a 5 minute walk to Dong men ding where the food, hustle and bustle is...it's literally food paradise there. Rooms have 2 small couches which i appreciate so you can sit in your room while you play with your phone/laptop/tablet. small mini bar which is included in the room they give you a small plate of fruit as a welcome bonus (i'm not sure if that is standard for every guest) but that was very thoughtful! I've never seen any hotel do that. (not even 5-star hotels) Everything in the room is electronically operated they do have light switches but they are connected to each other. like Master, bedlight, worklight etc free voucher for 1 drink. the 2nd drink is 50% off so that was a nice touch too! I'm pretty sure free coffee at the barista bar and free fruit does not come with most hotels so well done!

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect.. Only 5mins walking distance to Dong Men Pedestrian Street. Would definitely recommend.
