Nobody speak english, from desk to kitchen and laundry service everobody only use phone and translater. If You need to ask something is difficult to explain. For this quality of service snd money and hotel need more people which know very well english. Desk only knkw check in check out or few person. Must work on oit other things is very good. Also speed of internet is sownfor point of view

Close to metro station and mall just next door where you can by a sim card. ATM also available in the bank just next to the hotel. Loved the bathroom amenities and layout. We tried the robot app who delivered some drinks to our room: fututistic experience!

“A lot of luxury for the price!”
This hotel exceeded my expectation! The room was really big and luxurious with a great view and the breakfast buffet was also delicious. The area of the hotel offered a lot of restaurants and was located right next to a big mall and was walking distance to public transport.

“Not to be repeated”
We had to wait 6 hours at the airport as the promised pick up and drop off was denied at the airports bus transport hub. The hotel's contact number went unanswered from 5am until 11am. I was told by the airport staff to take the metro! Not a good idea when traveling with baggage and a six year old plus having to change lines to get to the destination 1 hour later, with no Chinese. Then we waited for a bus (A6) and left for the hotel which was 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive at its destination which is far too long. We had to get the last bus which left at 21.00 thus did not have much time to rest or see any thing around which was the plan. When we left the hotel to find some food as we missed the breakfast which was part of the booking we found that no one took an overseas credit card. Thus, we had to get local currency AND FOR THIS WE HAD TO GET A CHINESE NATIONAL!! THIS TOOK ANOTHER HOUR OFF OUR REST AS WE HAD TO GO BACK TO THE HOTEL TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE which was provided. Overall a negative experience not to be repeated again. If you really have to / want to go take enough local cash and pick a hotel much closer to the airport.
