“Below Hilton standards”
Breakfast was surprisingly good although staff could do with some training, ask for milk for our tea , in Mandarin , and get a cup of milk. The quality of the food in the executive lounge was good.

The local of the hotel is good. The staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is nice. It’s also open for the swimming lessons, so it could be crowed. It’s very easy to ask food deliveries. The view is great.

“Great stay at Hilton, extra friendly staff who went over and beyond to help us. Great location.”
Breakfast was amazing and vast variety of foods available. Staff were super helpful. Although not everyone spoke fluent English, they managed to help us out somehow. Special mention to Tina at reception for Going extra mile to help us as well as Kurt, Concierge mgr who spent time helping us over and beyond.

“Great hotel.”
Staff are nice and friendly. Location is perfect for public transport (metro) or taking the cab. If you are lucky enough to stay at the main street side, the view is awesome to overlook the Qingnian Ave.

Staff used their personal mobile to capture passport details - understand this is a requirement for hotels in China but doesn't feel professional not using a scanner for important personal documents.
