The fan in the bathroom could be better . The bed was very comfortable, the lounge was comfortable but needed a bit of padding.

Management responses to report of non operational AC unit (was not working on our first entry to the cabin)...... We did not want to be disturbed/disrupted by service tradesmen, park staff or other fact finders.... The unit should have be tested prior to occupation....we were questioned, in a parent/child admonishing tone, as to why we did not report the fault immediately....Not a hint of empathy, apology or regret for the neglect of duty to present a properly functioning, as advertised, shelter....
