Was not impressed with the breakfast. Home fries, bacon, sausage and egg had been nuked. Cold and a bit watery. Pictures of breakfast should be updated, no fresh fruit or butter for toast.

So warm and welcoming, the owner and her extended family were also very helpful with tourism ideas, and information about the town and the area. Breakfast was amazing, and we only had lunch if we were feeling greedy after such generous and delicious servings. Le Griffon was a lovely place to stay with quirky and charming decor.

The house is well taken care and has stunning wood finishes. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausages, and a big fluffy croissant! 🙂

A beautifully restored old house in the center of Shediac, carefully decorated in an agreebly quirky way and run with passion by the owners. Their restaurant within walking distance is at the center of community life, complementing a restful and enjoyable stay.

“Lovely B&B.”

This is a lovely restored old B&B. Our room had a queen bed and seperate sink from shower/toilet(which I liked). Loved that there was a shareable full kitchen on our floor. The booking.com info wasn't clear about that. Breakfast was very generous ( local fresh croissant, fruit, yogurt, juice, fried eggs and ham) and coffee all served very efficiently. While not a big driver for us, I did notice the TV had great program choices( eg Prime).

Le Griffon was an incredible place to stay, and we would go back in a heartbeat! The owners were so nice, funny, and incredibly helpful. the building itself is amazing, really great decor with a fun but subtle theme. the breakfasts were INCREDIBLE each morning. it was a short walk to town and lots of great food options. spotlessly clean!
