Love the historical features throughout the hotel. Very clean and cozy and the housekeeper gave us a very warm and friendly reception when we arrived making sure we had everything we needed ❤️.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. We actually met Dina before we left the hotel. Not only was the place spotless, she was so pleasant and accommodating. She is definitely an asset to your organization. We would definitely recommend this hotel but you should remove any reference to breakfast at your hotel.

Stayed two nights we had two rooms but had to move e one night so we had a total of four rooms during stay. One couple ha a decent view of Main Street first night but shower head broken washroom. Second night they had no view, no closet, broken bathroom door knob and sink outside of bathroom. First night my parents and I had two rooms with a tiny bathroom, another washroom joining hallway and their room with fridge in one room. Neither of rooms in this unit had a view. Second night we were given a room on top floor (above second). Was shocked when I opened door as the it was somewhat unexpected with steep and windy steps. Taking luggage up was challenging and was not convenient for my parents (seniors) with one having restricted mobility. Then once we got to top of stairs there was like a tunnel they each crawled through … once in the unit it was very nice but not senior accessible friendly. The bathroom door was also broken in this unit and the main light above the two double beds was burnt out. Layout of the kitchenette suite was very nice … just the access and water damaged material around chimney. I’m an environmental engineer and thource of moisture infiltration should be fixed and damaged material fixed an mould growth is possible in cineplex area. Breakfast although owned and operated by another person was extremely deceiving. Pastries and croissants stale. We took buffet and were asked if we would like fried eggs which we all opted for … instead of the $16 buffet we were all charged closed to $40 each. Our breakfast was more expensive than a great supper off the premises the night before and Tony’s bistro (Moncton - fine dining atelier brunch the day before).

Excellent location. Also very clean. When we complained that our first assigned room had no blinds, we got a bigger room (also no blinds but not quite as bright at night).

Good location. Very comfortable. Great claw foot tub for a soak. Very nice decor. This boutique hotel is so pretty.

Great location in the center. Nice decor. Parking available. Heaters in the room was very useful. And the black facecloth for makeup was thoughtful.
