“Average”
We stayed for two nights with the full-board option. The room and the property are very clean and well maintained, and the food is good, but the portions are quite small.

“Very basic accomodations with a full board”
These are very basic accomodations: clean and relatively comfortable rooms, a working shower. They have a kitchen on site and they provide full board. The territory is full of old Soviet discrepit relics all over a pretty nice pine forest and is fun to explore. The access to the lake is limited; you can walk on a path by the Rixos and hope that they are OK with that, otherwise, it is all private property along the lakeshore, and there is no access.
