Very clean and organised apartment. Kitchen fully equipped, bedroom with Tv and comfy bed. The apartment has everything needed for a longer stay. Bikes and roof top pool available. Supermarket and street food is 2 min away. Thanks for your hospitality .

Ayman is a very cordial host. Willing to help where he can. He keeps the rooms clean. It is not a 5 star all inclusive resort type place, the price reflects that. If you are an adventure traveler and want to see more of Egypt without all the tourist glitter I recommend it for you. Ratings are relative, for the cost and cleanliness I will rate with a 9.

“A good base for a longer stay in Sharm? With maybe some diving tips from the owner.”
The hosts really made this stay. They went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. Ayman, Menna, and Tito, all spoke excellent English so co-ordination was no problem. This is an apartment in a gated community off the main road along the coast, and about 1km from the coast proper. It's not a resort. It's a home. The whole home to yourself. But you're into the Egyptian suburbs, and infrastructure can be lacking. Unpaved roads... There's a small collection of shops and coffee shops within the community. Otherwise minibuses run up and down the main (10 lane!) highway outside the entrance with easy access to more touristed spots. It was handy for me because it's only about 4km from the Sharm immigration office, and that's what I needed. There's a view out to an island off the coast, but it's not on the beach. And beach access can be tricky in Sharm. But for a longer stay this might be a good base for diving too. The owner seems to be a keen diver, and could likely introduce you to all the right places.
