Overview

The hotel had no proper booking system. I went to reception first, and they told me my reservation wasn't registered in their system. After a long wait, I went to the reservations office, where an employee told me there were no rooms available. It was a terrible experience and a complete waste of my vacation time, and all that waiting at reception was without air conditioning. My reservation was listed on Booking.com, but they didn't understand this and were doing all this to get me to book through them at a higher price.

clean rooms beach locations are very good helpful stuff I had to travel early due to work conditions, and the crew was cooperative and the rest of the money was refunded
