We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they really went above and beyond to accommodate all our wishes. The resort itself is beautiful, with a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The water was crystal clear, and the reef for snorkeling was absolutely stunning — one of the highlights of our trip. They also offer diving trips, and our excursion was excellent and very well organized. The food was good overall, and there was always something tasty to choose from. The Lebanese restaurant, however, was exceptional and definitely our favorite. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — we can’t wait to return!

“Excellent stay!”

All in all excellent value here! Pros - beautifully cared for (small) resort. The gardens and buildings have been designed well and are a delight to walk through with plenty of comfortable areas to sit and enjoy the views of the sea. The reef is beautiful, with plenty of colourful fish. Two accesses to the water, one via a pier the other by walkway in the sea (wear water shoes as slippery), although a second pier is being built and will be completed soon. Food, very varied in the main restaurant, with grilled fish and meat daily, fresh delicious salads and fruits daily and always fresh pasta made with lovely sauces and freshly cooked pizzas. Excellent coffee. The hotel has a large proportion of Italian guests and the food is really geared towards them, nevertheless it is very good. Rooms are bright and cleaned daily, sometimes replacing shampoo etc was hit and miss and a needed to call reception to ask for things to be replenished. Staff - big thanks to Ibrahaim and Ahmed in the Panorama bar, we loved their smiling faces every day. Also Hossum in the main restaurant (thank you for my breakfast fruit!) and Madhar by the main pool, always friendly and helpful. The entertainment team here are brilliant! They work so hard and make everyone smile!

Everything - the layout of the hotel allows to have sea view almost from every location, feels private and not crowded at all, beautiful territory with nice design elements and greenery, flowers. Staff were amazing, very friendly and professional. Coral reef, lots of colorful fishes. Food was great, every day something new to try. Room was nice too, we had a roofed and open terrace.

The rooms and gardens are beautiful

The spread out rooms were built in separate white Arab styled buildings, leaving lots of paths to explore around the hotel area. The green gardens in between the rooms were superbly kept and would be the dream of any keen gardener in UK. Just outstanding. The staff were all friendly and all appreciated the fact that I spoke a bit of Arabic. We got good/better service because of this and a bit of dash/baksheesh helped. The hotel restaurant was more of a busy canteen style, but the food was always good and varied and the ice cream machine had 3 flavours. All in all an excellent hotel with plenty of beds to lay on by the pools or on the beach.

I liked the entertainment staff – they were very positive and had a great sense of humor. Everyone responsible for cleanliness was great. Also, the administrator, Natalia, is a real asset! The reef is beautiful, and the food is up to the standard of the hotel, but the chefs try to add variety. We were quite satisfied with the food; we came back with extra weight. The hotel has so many Pinterest-worthy locations that you'll want to take photos of it.

“Huge and beautiful resort with amazing beach spot”

The resort is far bigger than we imagine just looking at the pictures before traveling. There are several spots where you can relax and enjoy the landscape. The many different gardens are truly beautiful and very well maintained with pretty plants and flowers, even in December when we visit it (not summer). There are two different tiny accesses to the beach (used only by the resort), where you can find plenty of colourful fishes and corals. The staff is very attentive.

Gorgeous views (get up for sunrise!) and excellent snorkelling right on the resort reef. Staff were fantastic, rooms were beautiful and super comfortable. Great variety of food and the à la carte restaurant was absolutely delicious

This resort feels like a doorway into another world, where the days unfold between crystal-clear waters and a coral reef so vibrant it leaves you quiet for a moment before you remember to breathe. Snorkeling here felt like drifting through a living painting. The atmosphere is peaceful yet full of small delights — beautiful facilities, relaxing spaces, and everything you need within reach. But what made the experience truly remarkable was Mahmoud at the reception. His kindness, patience, and genuine care set the tone from the very first minute. He made every request feel simple and every moment feel valued. A place that stays with you long after you leave, shimmering in memory like the reef itself. Highly recommended.

“Real Retreat”

An amazing spot on the red sea. Fantastic to experience swiming in an acqarium full of colorful fish. Entertainment is top and the meals were great and with lots of variety. Thanks to Mohamed who gave us great attention with humor and joy. In the reception also thanks to Diaa who was very attentive and service minded. Also for my birthday that was still to come, a special cake was delivered to the room. Thank you for the kindness. In fact all personal were great, kind and funny. We look forward to be back one day!

First impression of hotel is very nice! Very clean, calm, nice and comfortable rooms, food was very delicious and staff extremely kind! “Very luxurious stay in Sharm with great service”

The premise was very big and very luxurious, it had a little bit of everything you would want from a resort. The service was very thorough and the buffets were well worth going all inclusive. We only stayed for one night and would have loved to stay longer. The check out is pretty late which is great for getting more value for money and even after checking out they looked after our bags and let us keep the all inclusive wrist band on and enjoy the buffet lunch (which was very nice!)
