It was total luxury from beginning to end.The staff could not have been nicer,always checking you have everything you need and remembering what you drink.The grounds are full of flowers,short walk or shuttle down to the beach with its own reef.Great choice of bars and restaurants- maybe a couple more vegetarian options would be great but leave some room for the luscious desserts! Taxi to the city centre was cheap.Absolutely fabulous all round.

Very spacious and clean. Beautifully landscaped and great for families with access to a sandy beach, plenty of pools including the Aqua Park. Health and safety were key and there were lifeguards at every pool. Food was good and service was exceptional. Would definitely come back.

Everything was amazing! Extremly helpfull staff at the hotell. If you want to see fishes you don't even need to snorkel, you can see them from the bridge or from cliffs from the beach. So many of them! Just amazing. The beach was sandy and with many sunbeds, my kids loved it. 2 bars at the beach with drinks and snacks. 5 min to go to the Farsha cafe.

We booked a massage at the facility's 'Life Style' spa during our stay, and I can honestly say it was the worst massage experience of my life. It couldn't even be called a massage; they simply rubbed handfuls of foul-smelling oil onto my skin every five minutes. Despite reporting my complaints, they still charged me the full amount during checkout. This is a perfect example of how to ruin guest satisfaction. The staff are unqualified and irresponsible, and the management is equally indifferent. I will never go there again.

We stayed in block 2000, peaceful, with a large bar and large cushions on seating area, great staff barman, lifeguard and cleaner,plenty of sunbeds any time of day

“Great place for a relaxing holiday”

Wonderful snorkelling off the jetty, beach facilities were good, always able to find a sun-bed. Good choice of food, barely queued for anything. Loved the heated pool.

They quickly made our à la carte reservations even before we were given our room, thanks to reseptionist Mr. Omar and from quest relationship Miss Valerie. Thanks to Chef Ibrahim at the Turkish restaurant; everything was delicious and wonderful, and he took great care of us. The Italian restaurant was also excellent. Sentido's buffet restaurant was elegant and high-quality; thank you to the waiters for their special attention and courtesy. Seafood, grilled dishes, creamy soups – in short, the food was delicious. From the pier, you can see the reefs and numerous fish in the open sea; it's beautiful, but I must admit, a little scary too. The beach is sheltered from the wind, and the heated pools are large and beautiful. The live music and animation were enjoyable.

The beach was very nice and tidy, and the location is great—especially for winter. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the dinner was good, and the Italian and Indian restaurants were amazing. The staff were very welcoming.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. The Asian food at the restaurant is outstanding — the Asian chef did a fantastic job, especially the bao buns, which were delicious. Snorkeling is great as well.
