“Excellent hotel for family.”

Our suite for family was amazing, very spacious, with modern interior, plenty of wardrobe space and seating area outdoors. Everyday cleaning was excellent. As the apartments are located in single-story buildings, the hotel grounds felt peaceful and uncrowded. Reaching the beach by the hotel's shuttle bus takes around 10–15 minutes, including waiting time. The beach is wide with several short swimming pontoons and mini sandy beach for babies. The bar and diving centre offering various water activities. Beach towels can be collected using towel cards. We also enjoyed the newly opened aqua park, which offers enough variety of slides suitable for both adults and children. The restaurant is spacious and serves a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes and dietary. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and warm-hearted.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and cleanliness was clearly a priority across all facilities and common areas. I would especially like to thank Abdullah at the reception desk for his exceptional service, professionalism, and kindness. He made my stay even more enjoyable and is a great representative of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The entire staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to the room cleaner for maintaining everything so perfectly, and to Chef Anil for the amazing food and wonderful hospitality. The quiet pool was truly the cherry on top — peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Every meal we had was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and amazing food.

“Excellent stay”

We stayed at the hotel for six days with our children. One of the best things about the hotel is that you can find something to eat 24 hours a day. We arrived very late, yet we still had no problem finding food. The staff are extremely polite and always willing to help with anything. However, the main reason we would choose this hotel again is the Guest Relations Manager, Seham Sabry. I would like to thank her once again for everything she did for us and for the care and attention she showed during our stay. She is a very professional, kind, and elegant lady. Do not worry about experiencing any problems here, because you can be sure that Ms. Seham will resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. If I choose this resort again in the future, the biggest reason will definitely be Ms. Seham.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pickalbatros Luxury Suites from April 27th to May 3rd. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the service at reception was flawless. A special thanks to Samir Mamdouh, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Since it was our first time at the hotel, he kindly upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise. He also checked in with us daily to arrange reservations at one of the three restaurants and was always available whenever we needed assistance. The staff at every restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive. They constantly made sure we were comfortable and regularly came by to ask if we needed anything. A special mention goes to Chef Nasser from the Turkish restaurant Lalezar—he was extremely kind, and the food he prepared for us was absolutely delicious. The service there was truly top-notch. The room cleaning was also spectacular. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day, and we were always surprised with a beautiful towel art creation left behind—it really added a special and personal touch to our stay. The lifeguards were always present, attentive, and happy to chat with us, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Ahmed and Zakaria, in particular, were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. At the bar, Mahmoud and Yassir consistently served us delicious drinks, always beautifully decorated, adding a fun and personal touch. The staff at the gate and those driving the golf carts were also always cheerful and friendly, contributing to the overall positive vibe of the resort. Overall, I would rate this experience a solid 10/10 and highly recommend visiting this resort if you are planning a trip to Sharm el Sheikh. The only downside was that we had to leave and couldn’t stay longer to enjoy it even more!

The hotel's location was relatively far from the city center but close to the airport. Reading the reviews before our holiday gave me a bias against the food, but overall it was good. Perhaps increasing the variety could be considered. Upon our request for 3 families, 6 adults, and 2 children, we were upgraded from standard rooms to a villa. Transportation within the hotel was provided by buggies. Whenever requested, a vehicle arrived at our door. You can take golf lessons for a fee.

We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at the Pickalbatros hotel in Sharm. From the very beginning, Mohamed Salah and Omar Abdalah at the reception made us feel welcome with their friendly and helpful attitude. Our room was cleaned thoroughly and carefully every day by the housekeeping team. The overall cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel were excellent. The food was both delicious and varied, offering plenty of different options each day. Having a private beach is a great advantage, and the presence of coral reefs right off the shore made swimming and snorkeling an even more unique and enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was spacious and well ventilated, which added to our comfort. The animation team kept the energy high with various activities throughout the day, making our stay even more entertaining. With its sports facilities and nature-integrated environment, it was easy to both relax and stay active. We are leaving with great satisfaction and highly recommend the Pickalbatros hotel for its quality of service and overall experience.
