“We loved this place”
We really enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel. They helped us for early and late check outs. All the time there was a food available. You will never be hungry at all. Staff greets you with a smiley faces. Buggy available for going to the beach but, some jelly fishes are swimming with you as well. It is a huge hotel and view is very nice. As soon as you arrive book your ale carte restaurants. There are 5 different cuisine. Malai, chinese , indian restaurants are amazing.

staff make you feel at home. Amira was super caring. I had the opportunity to do late check out thanks to her, because had late flight. The territory is large .there is even bus on the territory .

“I'd say that the hotel is okay, but in my head didn't meet my standards for a 5 star hotel.”
Photos from Booking are matching the reality (as long as you don't look closer and find a lot of issues). The hotel offers a lot of different activities, there's the bus between the sea & the main building, food selection is nice, almost everyday we had something new to eat and overall the food was delicious. The renovation of the main building made it look super nice + the new pool area is great. The only people who were trying to help me were girls from Guests Relations. They were always super helpful! We loved the oriental ala cart restaurant, the medetterenian one was boring. Super grateful for a Uzbek food on one of the days

“Worth visiting and the hosting is great”
Everything was great , the room , reception , all the services and the best part was the food, everything was in the food court including breakfast lunch and dinner . Amira from guest service was very helpfull in alot of things 🤍 I got sick at 1:00am and immediately they sent me a golf car and brought the doctor at their clinic and alhamdellah i felt immediately better I will definitely visit this place again

The existence of a clinic in the hotel proved very useful and helpful when our girl had an accident. The shisha guys at the main Swimming Pool. The Antika restaurant.

Good weather, sea with corals and fishes, a couple of swimming pools. There is a fitness center which is quite ok, I was able to do 80% of my program that I normally doing back home. We liked our room, it was spacious, with good aircon. Though, the shower was leaking, it was difficult to use it.
