Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh – All Inclusive hotel. Unfortunately, the level of service did not meet expectations, and we did not feel properly attended to during our stay. In addition, the food quality was disappointing, as the menu was repetitive and lacked variety, with the same dishes—especially rice—being served every evening. Regrettably, we did not leave the hotel satisfied, and this experience fell short of what we expected from your establishment. A truly wonderful experience! If you’re looking for a great time with family—both children and adults—this is the perfect place. There are activities and games for everyone, along with an enjoyable evening program featuring shows. The staff is very welcoming. I highly recommend it!

“Nice vacation”

Very big territory, lots of water slides, many pools heated. You can also use neighbour hotel Aqua Blue, which has many more slides and activities, so it was big plus, we used neighbour hotel a lot (they had better coffee and drinks...). Food was good, especially breakfast. Some vararieties, but almost the same every day, but still lots of options. Few people, hotel was quite empty, I dont know was it because the territory is so big, but yes quite few, so sunbeds were always available. And -not many russians in our hotel (no noise!). Overall we liked our vacation.

Very clean , staff are very nice, lots of different slides, you can use the other hotel aqua blu facilities and slides , there is a coach that takes you to the beach every hour nearly The rooms are very big and we had an amazing time

A very nice experience and this was our second stay at the hotel. The main reason we came back was Walaa from Public Relations — she is truly outstanding, always smiling, very helpful, and quick to respond to any request with care and professionalism. We would also like to thank Abdullah and Hamed at the reception for their kind and welcoming attitude, as well as Anwar and the transportation team who made moving around the hotel and handling luggage very easy and comfortable. The hotel overall is very comfortable, with fun and varied water slides and pools, good food with options available throughout the day, and excellent cleanliness and service. The constant availability of water was also a very important and appreciated detail. Overall, a great experience and definitely a hotel we would happily return to again.
